Account Receivable Clerk - Remote

What your day to day will look like:

This is a fully remote role reporting into the Accounts Receivable Lead.

• Data Entry; enter and upload invoices, verify work orders in Kissflow, create and organize files as required.


• Job Costing; Monitor internal job costing, process paperwork and create invoices, produce spreadsheets and upload into Sage 300, investigate any issues that arise.


• Vendor Payables;
  Code owner operator paper invoices for submission to AP for entry.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Must have previous administrative experience. Any accounting experience considered an asset.


• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.


• Experience using Sage 300 preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.


• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate shifting priorities.


• Great communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal external stakeholders.

• 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)
• 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
