Account Representative, Vancouver

About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners. We are seeking individuals with a background in sales and account management, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. What You'll Do

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new restaurant partners to expand the Uber Eats platform


• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Account Management:

• Manage and nurture existing restaurant partner relationships


• Ensure partner satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly

Market Research Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, both for Uber Eats and our restaurant partners.

Creative Problem Solving:

• Collaborate with restaurant partners to solve problems and identify innovative solutions to enhance their business on the Uber Eats platform

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred


• Go-Getter and Ambitious: A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets


• Creative Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and drive growth


• Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on ensuring the success of restaurant partners


• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms, as well as a willingness to adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales and Account Management Experience: Prior experience in sales and account management, particularly in the food delivery industry or related fields, is a strong advantage


• Multilingual: Ability to speak and write fluently in multiple languages is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a diverse range of restaurant partners

For Canada-based roles: The base hourly rate amount for this role is CAD$23.56 per hour.
