Manage an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive service
Host employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)
Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and care
Act as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients
Collect and processing documentation accurately and on time
Identify and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of service
Ensure service standards are met and tracked regularly
Travel to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips (driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)
Support additional tasks and projects as needed
Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field (preferred, not required)
A passion for delivering excellent client service
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
LLQP designation not required but a strong asset

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
