Le spécialiste de comptes travaille avec un grand sens de l’urgence et fait preuve d’initiative, d’engagement et de responsabilité envers les objectifs régionaux et ceux d’Axalta.
Lieu de travail : Il s'agit d'un rôle basé à distance au Québec, couvrant la grande région de Montréal, et nécessitera jusqu'à 75% de déplacements, afin de permettre des visites sur les sites des clients. Ce poste n’est pas admissible à une relocalisation.
Rémunération prévue : Nous tenons compte des qualifications, des compétences et de l’expérience de chaque personne afin de déterminer le salaire final. Ce poste donne droit à des avantages sociaux tels que l’assurance maladie et les congés payés. La fourchette salariale prévue pour ce poste est de 70 000 à 80 000 $ CAD par année. L’offre réelle sera déterminée à la seule discrétion de l’entreprise, selon des considérations d’affaires pertinentes, y compris les qualifications du candidat retenu, ses années d’expérience, ses compétences et sa situation géographique.

Job Summary: The Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention of Axalta’s customers within a market. As a member of the Regional Sales team, the Account Specialist will partner with our coatings customers to foster their long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the business agreement are delivered. This is a remote, home office-based role.
The Account Specialist works with a high sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to Regional and Axalta goals.
Work Location: This fully remote role requires a local presence in Quebec, Canada to allow for onsite visits to customer sites and is not eligible for relocation.
Expected Compensation:
We consider an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience to determine final salary. This role is eligible for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 CAD annually. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
