The LEAD Program, proudly sponsored by the Manitoulin Group of Companies, is a cutting-edge initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the transportation industry

The LEAD (Leadership, Excellence and Development) Program is a year long training program designed to foster your leadership skills and give a wealth of experience in the Transportation Industry. You will spend time in various departments, participate in ride-alongs, build your leadership skills, and learn the complexities of the transportation and logistics industry. This program is specifically designed to lead participants toward management roles within Accounts Payable.

Once you have successfully completed your training program, you will be offered a full time position. Are you ready to join our leadership team?

What we're looking for:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Goal oriented and self driven

• Excellent organizational skills

• The ability to learn & adapt to various computer programs

• Relocation to Manitoulin Island 

What will be an asset:

• Bilingual (French and English)

• Previous Leadership experience

• Experience in the transportation industry

• Bookkeeping / Accounting experience

• Post Secondary / Diploma
