Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable administrator to join our team!. This role is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you will do in this role:

• Review & post invoices


• Generate and deliver statements.


• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and collections


• Verify and record collection payments


• Research and resolve payment discrepancies


• Address and resolve accounting inquiries in timely and accurate manner.


• Ensure financial transactions are performed in compliance with company policies.


• Perform day-to-day accounting activities


• Contribute to the month-end close process by assisting in GL account reconciliations, posting journal entries, and analyzing financial discrepancies


• Work closely with warranty claims
