Responsibilities and Qualifications
Must have + years collections experience in collections/AR and Transportation/Freight industry Preform collection calls via phone and email for + customers from different companies Handles and resolves invoice discrepancies/disputes for all companies Investigate to clear short payments on invoices for all companies Must have knowledge on how to use rd party audit house online payment statuses like: CASS, DTA, Nulogx, NTS. Mailing out invoices, email invoices, sending/scanning/uploading copies of invoices Processing credit card payments Will be given Accounting admin duties as required Detail oriented, problem solving abilities, proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word Must keep up with fast paced environment Multi-tasking and time management Must have excellent verbal/ written communication Must have industry knowledge College diploma required, Accounting diploma an asset LTL experience an asset If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
