We are looking for a Procurement Analyst for a 1-year contract position,with possible extensions in Calgary, Alberta. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

This role is 7 on 7 off, FIFO and will move across 3 Oilsands sites at Christina Lake, Foster Creek, and Sunrise. 10 hours a day, 50 hours a week. It is NOT a remote role.

Role Description
Our client is hiring a Procurement Analyst to provide day to day procurement support during planned turnarounds at their oilsands assets.
Rotational role that supports Christina Lake, Foster Creek and Sunrises.
June - Nov - Christina Lake
Dec-Jun 2025 - Foster Creel
Jul - Dec 2025 - Sunrise
FIFO when on sites

Responsibilities

• Responsible to complete the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements.
• Responsible to source materials for inventory, maintenance and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP
• Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, material verification.
• Support the “hot seat” procurement though co-management of a shared procurement email inbox.
• Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required
• Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due.
• Accountable to company visions, values, and business strategies
• Accountable for adherence to the SCM policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.
• SAP experience is desired, and preferred
• Oil and Gas industry experience
• High attention to detail and grear organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
