As a Claims Adjuster, Property, you will make a difference by helping others navigate through a difficult situation due to loss. Our Property Adjusters are responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of minor to moderate severity property loss claims. With experienced mentors to learn from, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge within the Claims unit. 


What will you do?



  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle minor to moderate severity residential property losses.

  • Respond to claim inquiries, review estimates, and manage vendors.

  • Proactively manage your desk by adhering to deadlines, keeping clear notes, and maintaining timely and accurate reserves.

  • Proactive professional development.


What will you need to succeed?



  • 3-5 years of Property Claims adjusting experience.

  • Experienced with adjusting moderate complexity level claims. 

  • Superior desk organization and time management skills.

  • Construction and/or building material knowledge.

  • An understanding of, or certification in, Applied Structural Drying Principles.

  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.

  • Customer service orientated.


Permanent, Full-Time


Hybrid: This is a hybrid role with the requirement to attend our Cambridge, ON or Vancouver, BC office twice per week.
