Key Responsibilities




  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

  • Greet clients and visitors

  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents

  • Maintain filing systems, records, and electronic documents

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and bookings

  • Monitor inventory supply and submit purchase order requests as needed

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries

  • Enter and update information in organizational databases and systems

  • Support departmental projects and administrative initiatives

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Perform other duties, as assigned





Qualifications



Education



  • High school diploma, or equivalent

  • Administrative office training is considered an asset



Skills and Abilities



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional and customer-focused approach
