Graham is actively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. Reporting to Senior Executive Assistant, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the team.


The incumbent helps with day-to-day tasks, aiming to streamline efficiencies to ensure the team can focus elsewhere. This includes reconciling expense reports, arranging travel, booking meeting rooms, data entry, arranging catering, and supporting the team where needed.


 


This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Calgary Corporate office


 


 


Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 



  • Manage and reconcile corporate and executive credit card transactions, ensuring accurate coding, receipt matching, and timely resolution of discrepancies

  • Manage and coordinate travel bookings, events, arranging catering, and supporting event logistics

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders while ensuring high customer service standards


 


The Right Tools for the Job 



  • Education: High school diploma; Business school graduate is preferred.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional work experience in an administrative assistant or supporting executives capacity.

  • Software: Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, and SAP Concur or any other expense management systems.

  • Other: Ability to work independently and sometimes outside of normal business hours
