Administrative Assistant 
Full-Time | $18.00 -- $20.00/hour 

East Coast Water Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a administrative assistant position. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling administrative tasks and will report to the President of the company.

Responsibilities:

  Sort, file, and organize physical and digital paperwork

  
  


• return emails and handle on line inquiries for the office team


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and accessible filing systems

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with other general tasks as needed

  
  

Requirements:

  Strong attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  Basic organizational and administrative skills

  Previous office or administrative experience is an asset
