Allocator/Administrative Assistant – Remote Role for a Bank

Our banking client is currently seeking an Allocator/Administrative Assistant to support their credit underwriting team.

What's in it for you?

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
  
• Initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension
  
• Fully remote role, candidates can be based anywhere in British Columbia
  

• Supporting the document retention process
  
• Monitoring and actioning various shared mailboxes
  
• Allocating applications and documentation to Underwriters
  

• Attention to detail
  
• Speed and accuracy in keyboarding are essential
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and organize requests
