We are a busy accounting firm and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. You will have direct contact with clients, so you must have a professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for a team player to provide clerical support, filing, collate tax returns and other administrative tasks as required. Bookkeeping and payroll experience preferred. 

Qualifications 

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook (experience using bookkeeping software programs an asset)
• Comfortable using photocopier, scanner and fax machine
• Ability to follow procedures, take direction and work independently 
• Excellent communication skills with clients, in person/over the phone
• Offer a warm and professional atmosphere to all clients and guests
• Excellent organization skills, ability to multitask and prioritize duties daily
