Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The highly accredited professionals within RBC Family Office Services work with advisors across RBC Wealth Management Canada and are passionate about delivering integrated wealth management and planning that exceeds client expectations.

As an Administrative Coordinator with RBC Family Office Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to RBC Wealth Management Consultants (e.g., Financial Planning Specialists, Will and Estate Consultants, High Net Worth Planning Specialists, Business Owner Specialists, etc.), enabling them to deliver integrated wealth management expertise and planning to clients and their families.

What will you do?

  • Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Fulfill administrative duties (e.g., printing, packaging, and mailing of client reports, etc.)
  • Manage calendars and materials for meetings
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Maintain and order equipment and supplies
  • Manage files and records, and complete travel arrangements
  • Assist with preparations for business seminars and special events

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the financial industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • CSC, IFC, CIRE
