Faris Team is seeking a strong team player to help support our Client Connection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Faris Team offices and administrative team members.

Our Client Connection Team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day supervision of the Client Connection Coordinators and Couriers, including leading daily huddles 


• Provide front desk coverage at the Barrie Faris Team office, with support from the Client Connection team


• Maintain documented scripts and processes within the department, looking for efficiencies and improvements


• Inventory of all office supplies, assistance with ordering as needed
  


• Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely, professional, and courteous manner


• Assist in execution of Client Appreciation and Community Events


• Other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 


• Past experience in management or leadership is an asset


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools and inputting data


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to perform well under pressure


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• High attention to detail


• Passionate about Real Estate and helping others
  


• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Real Estate Brokerage preferred
