What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop and deliver training materials on automotive vehicle electrical systems to enhance the skills of production teams.
• Conduct hands-on, on-site training at client manufacturing facilities, fostering a strong learning environment.
• Provide expert coaching and troubleshooting support to repair technicians, focusing on resolving complex electrical system malfunctions.
• Serve as a technical lead during pilot builds, product launches, and production phases, guiding clients through engineering and product challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and system launches.
• Offer expert advice on training needs specific to vehicles, systems, and launches.

How to thrive in this role?

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. - Expertise in automotive vehicle system operations, diagnostics, and repairs (both electrical and mechanical).
• Experience using automotive electrical diagnostic tools (e.g., Scan tools, DVOM, Scopes, CANalyzer).
• Deep knowledge of vehicle electrical configuration and integrity testing processes.
• Ability to design and verify electrical testing processes and end-of-line (EOL) tests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially related to production design and documentation challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and culturally diverse environment.
