The role includes troubleshooting, platform maintenance, performance tuning, environment support, dispatcher configuration, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure a high\u2011availability AEM environment.\n\n * Diagnose and resolve AEM issues related to authoring, publishing, workflows, replication, dispatcher, and integrations.\n * Manage incidents via ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Remedy and follow structured resolution processes.\n * Monitor AEM system health, logs, CPU/memory usage, dispatcher caching, and system performance.\n * Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and CDN layers.\n * Optimize dispatcher rules (caching, filters, rewrites) and perform performance tuning.\n * Support AEM administration tasks including user/permission management, audit logs, repository checks, and OSGi configurations.\n * Execute deployments, manage pipelines, and support Cloud Manager activities for cloud-based AEM setups.\n * Perform maintenance tasks such as indexing, compaction, backups, and environment validation.\n * Troubleshoot and support integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other third\u2011party platforms.\n * Assist AEM developers with debugging issues in components, templates, servlets, OSGi services, and workflows.\n * Support deployments for customized AEM components and code packages.\n * Provide technical assistance to content authors, marketers, and business teams using AEM Sites/Assets.\n * Conduct user training and create documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.\n * Collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams (DevOps, QA, Cloud Operations, AEM Developers) on issue prevention and system improvements.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * 8+ years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.5+ or AEM as a Cloud Service, including Sites and Assets.\n * 8+ years of strong knowledge of Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JCR repository structure.\n * 8+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher, Apache HTTPD, caching, load balancing, and CDN integration.\n * 8+ years of hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) for UI troubleshooting.\n * 8+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, Cloud Manager.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
