• Answer phone calls / fax / internal email
  and email from villages;
  
• Email the various documents in the
  communities;
  
• Replace other administrative agent during
  their meal breaks and rest periods;
  
• Put in order the patient files;
  
• To put in order / sort / filling of loose
  sheets;
  
• Research of files and other documents;
  
• Respond to request file from the services;
  
• Proceed to open files;
  
• Validation of admissions / comments via
  Clinibase software;
  
• Prepare files for the appointment the next
  day;
  
• Order the necessary office supplies;
  
• Put the index patient up to date;
  
• Maintenance of long -term patient files;
  
• Create new volumes;
  
• Performs other related duties as requested
  by the supervisor.
