Agentic AI Lead

Annual Salary: $87,236 - $119,950
Purpose: The Agentic AI Lead is a hands on technical role responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role uses past experience in AI to enable IFCU teams to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline knowledge access across the organization.
This position directly supports IFCU’s strategic aim to simplify work, modernize collaboration, and improve member outcomes through responsible, secure use of AI.
What You’ll Do
- Enable Staff Success: Build AI agents that simplify work, reduce manual effort, and free teams to focus on highâvalue member interactions.
- Upskill Employees: Provide training, coaching, and microâlearning on how to effectively use Copilot and AI agents in their daily workflows.
- Reduce Wait Times & Errors: Build tools that automate repetitive tasks, empower frontline staff, and decrease turnaround times for members.
- Enhance Service Quality: Ensure agents retrieve correct, approved information from trusted IFCU knowledge sources to maintain service excellence.
- Advance M365 Adoption: Accelerate organizational use of Copilot in Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and across the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Build Scalable AI Solutions: Create agents aligned with emerging digital platforms and IFCU’s Modern Work ecosystem.
- Operational Efficiency Gains: Develop AI agents that significantly reduce staff time spent on lowâvalue tasks, improving productivity per FTE.
- DataâDriven Value Tracking: Provide metrics on agent performance, time savings, and impact to support financial planning and decisionâmaking.
- Ensure Responsible AI Use: Follow IFCU’s Responsible AI and data governance frameworks when building and deploying agents.
- Protect Member & Employee Data: Ensure agents only access approved data sources and respect leastâprivilege permissions models.
- Monitor Agent Behavior: Regularly test for accuracy, hallucinations, misrouting, or data misinterpretation; remediate quickly.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness: Maintain clear records of agent logic, data connections, permissions, and change history.
- Align with Governance & Controls: Work with Privacy, Security, Risk, and IT Governance to ensure AI agents meet compliance expectations and evolve alongside OSFIâaligned standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Completion of related Microsoft Learn paths such as:
Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with AI Agents
Experience with SharePoint architecture, structured content, or knowledge systems. Familiarity and experience with generative AI, RAG based information retrieval, or vector based knowledge sources.
