We are seeking an experienced and driven Agro Manager to lead the operations, sales, and strategic growth of our Agro Centre. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving financial objectives, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team. The successful candidate will combine strong agricultural expertise with proven leadership skills to deliver exceptional service and business results

What You’ll Do

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for Agro Centre programs, policies, and day-to-day activities. 

• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies while managing and expanding the customer base. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with producers and agricultural customers by identifying opportunities and delivering solutions.

• Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margins, expenses, and inventory. 

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, maintenance, and asset protection programs. 

• Oversee the safe handling, storage, and management of inventory and equipment. 

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting performance management and succession planning. 

• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience. 

• Contribute to business planning initiatives and support long-term operational objectives

What Youll Bring

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Bachelor of Commerce or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant agricultural experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience.

• Proven success in sales, customer relationship management, and business operations

Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of agricultural products, services, and industry practices.

• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.

• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and inventory management.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
