AI Development Engineer - Remote

Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to support model development. Monitor and improve model performance in production environments. Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance solution capabilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years experience in AI Agents, machine learning, deep learning, and data science. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries. 3 to 5 years Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations
