AI Risk Senior Manager

The opportunity

EY’s Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice is a consulting unit that provides risk management support to banks, insurers and asset managers. Our AI& Risk team includes individuals who have industry, client and product knowledge as well as AI, quantitative, regulatory, project management and risk professionals. We are seeking a Senior Manager with technology and architecture experience to join our team, helping deliver Responsible AI solutions and AI solutions for risk management. Along with our team, you'll work together to coordinate the delivery of risk management, regulatory and business performance services to a variety of clients, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, insurance and energy trading companies, and other organizations.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong leadership skills, ability to successfully deliver on complex projects, mentor and support teams, and navigate conflict


• Possess strong technology and architecture skills, and experience in artificial intelligence in the risk domain


• Possess strong English (and ideally French) communication, presentation, and technical writing skills


• Proactive, comfortable with uncertainty, and willing to learn and adapt

To qualify for the role you must have

• 5-8 years of consulting experience with a track record of success in a top tier consulting firm


• Quantitative graduate-level university degree required


• 7-10 years of experience in technology and architecture


• French speaking ability
