*** LOCAL HIRING *** This position is reserved for Inuit/JBNQA beneficiary who resides in the community. Translation in Inuktitut will be available shortly

• Assister le travailleur social pour expliquer Ã la famille les raisons de l’intervention de la DPJ.

• Aider le travailleur social Ã Ã©valuer la situation actuelle Ã la maison ou au sein du rÃ©seau familial.

• Soutenir le travailleur social dans les dÃ©marches de rÃ©fÃ©rencement vers les ressources communautaires et offrir un accompagnement tout au long du processus.

• Contribuer Ã l’Ã©laboration du plan d’intervention et en assurer le suivi.

• Accomplir toute autre tÃ¢che ou soutien supplÃ©mentaire discutÃ© avec le superviseur ou le gestionnaire.

• Assist the social worker to explain to family the reasons of the DYP’s involvement.

• Assist the social worker to review current situations at home or within their family network.

• Assist the social worker with referrals to community resources and provide support throughout.

• Contribute to the creation of the intervention plan and follow up on it.

• Any other additional task or support discuss with the supervisor or manager.
