POSITION SUMMARY:

Alcohol Hawkers carry trays of alcoholic beverages around the concourse and into the bowl, providing efficient and friendly alcohol service to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position. A typical shift includes:

• Providing premium level quick service carrying trays of alcoholic beverages throughout the concourse area and into the bowl


• Offering up-beat, energetic sales to guests


• Other duties as required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 19 years of age


• Must be able to work Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Warrior games, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 5:30pm


• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to safely carry beverage trays and walk throughout the venue, including up and down stairs, for extended periods.


• Completion of Serving it Right Certificate


• Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries


• Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
