As an All-Inclusive Resort Specialist, you’ll assist clients in booking seamless vacation packages to resorts where meals, drinks, activities, and entertainment are included. Responsibilities:

• Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences (beach, luxury, family-friendly, adult-only, wellness retreats, etc.) and recommend resorts that match their needs.
• Custom Package Creation: Design custom travel packages that include all-inclusive resort stays, flights, transfers, and excursions.
• Booking Coordination: Manage and confirm bookings for accommodations, flights, activities, and other services related to the all-inclusive vacation experience.
• Customer Support: Provide pre-trip guidance, including tips on resort amenities, activities, and travel documentation. Offer post-trip follow-up to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Stay Updated: Regularly research resort promotions, new openings, and exclusive deals to offer clients the best options.
