Additionally, Fox Group Canada is significantly expanding its business portfolio in Canada, and the role of the Allocator is pivotal to the growth and the future of Merchandising within the company.

Who are we looking for?

Specific Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) The Following

• Upload Packing Lists (PLs): Prepare and upload shipment data, often outside business hours to minimize disruptions. Ensure accuracy for effective inventory replenishment.


• Store Communication: Act as the first point of contact for store-level inquiries including shipment discrepancies, product inquiries, and barcode scanning issues.


• Vendor Liaison (Nike): Coordinate closely with Nike, handling reports, managing shipment delays, and processing special logistics requests such as shipment consolidation.


• Carton Tracking: Oversee shipment movement from Nike DCs to ensure timely delivery and resolve transit issues or damaged goods.


• Replenishment Management: Run replenishment processes 2–3 times per week, consolidating and validating data before uploading to Nike systems.


• Store Replenishment Requests: Handle ad hoc replenishment requests from stores.


• Return-to-Vendor (RTV) Processing: Extract, reconcile, and organize RTV data by region before submission to Nike for approval.


• Team Meetings: Participate in scheduled team meetings and ad hoc sessions to address business priorities.


• Hub Counts: Track inventory at ATS hubs, communicate backlogs, and support BOH (Back-of-House) planning efforts.


• Third-Party Vendor Coordination: Manage data uploads for third-party assortments and verify accuracy prior to payment processing.


• Ad Hoc PO Submission: Handle time-sensitive purchase orders for special releases (e.g., Quickstrikes, Gel).


• Seasonal Purchase Orders (POs): Create, validate, and submit quarterly purchase orders.


• Catalogue Uploads: Update inventory systems seasonally to include carry-over items, pricing updates, and new product integration.


• Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance workflow efficiencies.


• Process Third Party Vendor invoices.


• Weekly & Ad Hoc Reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 2+ years in allocation, supply chain coordination, inventory management, or a similar operations-focused role. Retail or vendor experience is a strong asset.


• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems. Experience with vendor platforms such as Nike’s DTC systems is an advantage.


• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in data handling and reporting.


• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with stores, vendors, and internal teams.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical or inventory-related issues independently.


• Adaptability: Comfortable working outside regular business hours when required and managing shifting priorities.


• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to improving team efficiency and supporting broader business objectives.
