Dépassement et défis stimulants :

Au sein de l’équipe de Validation et Vérification des produits, votre rôle sera de participer à l’élaboration et à l’exécution de campagnes de validation sur l’ensemble des produits logiciels et matériels d’OPAL-RT dans le but d’apporter des recommandations quant à la livraison de nos produits ainsi que des axes d’amélioration. L’analyste en validation et vérification doit avoir à cœur la qualité des produits à livrer tout en gardant le point de vue du client. Il doit être en mesure à la fois d’analyser les besoins des utilisateurs tout en étant à l’aise avec l’utilisation des produits et l’automatisation des tests. Pour garder le pouls sur les besoins des utilisateurs, il sera appelé à donner du support aux autres équipes à l’interne, ainsi qu'à prendre en charge des cas de support client escaladés au niveau 2.

Responsabilités principales:

• Participer à la planification et à l’exécution des campagnes de validation logicielles et matérielles.


• Remonter tout bogue et demande de fonctionnalités pour nos produits logiciels et matériels.


• Travailler conjointement avec nos équipes de développement et l’équipe de produit pour assurer une validation et un traçage des requis.


• Aider à améliorer la couverture de tests automatisés.


• Prendre en charge des cas de support avancés niveau 2.

Exigences:

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie électrique ou génie logiciel, ou équivalent.


• Expérience : 2 à 5 ans liés à l’utilisation de simulateurs temps-réel dans le domaine de l’électronique de puissance ou des systèmes électriques, ou expérience équivalente; Au moins 6 mois d’expérience pertinente avec le langage Python


• Connaissances linguistiques
  : Français obligatoire; ls connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour la documentation technique disponible uniquement en anglais.


• Compétences recherchées: Bonne capacité d’analyse, autonomie, proactivité, détermination et rigueur dans son travail et l’organisation de ses tâches; Être très à l’aise pour communiquer avec différentes équipes et être un joueur d’équipe; Être soucieux de la qualité de nos produits pour nos clients et leurs améliorations; Avoir de l’intérêt pour le domaine de l’électronique de puissance (aéronautique, automobile) ou des systèmes électriques.

Atouts significatifs:

• Connaissance des produits logiciels OPAL-RT (RT-LAB, HYPERSIM, RT-XSG, eFPGASIM, ePHASORSIM, eMEGASIM).


• Connaissance de JIRA/Confluence.


• Expérience avec les méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban).


• Expérience avec l’utilisation de MATLAB / Simulink.


• Expérience avec l’environnement de travail de National Instruments (e.g. LabVIEW, VeriStand).


• Connaissances sur un ou plusieurs protocoles de communication utilisés dans les domaines concernés (CAN, Modbus, C37.118, IEC61850, etc.)

Achievements and stimulating challenges :

Within the product Validation and Verification team, your role will be to participate in the development and execution of validation campaigns on all OPAL-RT software and hardware products in order to provide recommendations regarding the delivery of our products as well as areas for improvement. The validation and verification analyst must be committed to the quality of the products to be delivered while keeping the customer's point of view. He must be able to both analyze user needs while being comfortable with product use and test automation. To keep a finger on the pulse of user needs, he will be called upon to provide support to other internal teams, as well as to take care of customer support cases escalated to level 2.

Main responsibilities :

• Participate in the planning and execution of software and hardware validation campaigns.


• Report any bugs and feature requests for our software and hardware products.


• Work jointly with our development teams and the product team to ensure validation and tracing of requirements.


• Improve automated test coverage.


• Support advanced level 2 support cases.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or software engineering, or equivalent.


• Experience: 2 to 5 years related to the use of real-time simulators in the field of power electronics or electrical systems, or equivalent experience; At least 6 months of relevant experience programming with Python


• Language abilities: French is mandatory; English is required for technical documentation only available in Englishé


• Soft skills: Good analytical skills, autonomy, proactivity, determination and rigor in their work and the organization of their tasks; Be very comfortable communicating with different teams and a team player; Being quality oriented regarding our products for our customers and their improvements; Have an interest in the field of power electronics (aeronautics, automotive) or electrical systems.

Significant assets :

• Knowledge of OPAL-RT software products (RT-LAB, HYPERSIM, RT-XSG, eFPGASIM, ePHASORSIM, eMEGASIM).


• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence.
