Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Andrologist to join our global network of on-demand fertility professionals. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to perform specialized laboratory work both remotely (where applicable) and on-site at partner fertility clinics. As part of our team, you will collaborate with top fertility specialists to deliver high-quality andrology services and contribute to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Andrology Procedures: Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including semen analysis, sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI), and sperm cryopreservation, adhering to the highest standards of care.
• Laboratory Operations: Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards while maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Data Management: Document procedures, results, and patient information accurately using electronic medical record systems.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in andrology and reproductive medicine and share insights with the clinical team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Andrologist with expertise in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of fertility treatment protocols and laboratory operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to partner clinics for on-site support as needed.
