**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing building maintenance operations, ensuring the facility's infrastructure is well-maintained, and managing repair projects efficiently. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure the building's functionality and safety - Utilize schematics and blueprints to identify and troubleshoot issues - Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion - Implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient tracking of maintenance activities - Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed - Proficient in English to understand manuals, communicate with team members, and document work accurately - Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks - Provide leadership to maintenance staff, delegating tasks effectively - Handle low-voltage systems maintenance within the building **Experience:** - Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking - Electrical expertise for repairs and installations - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes - Ability to manage a team and lead by example This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Pay: $41,600.00-$60,000.00 per year
