Job Description - APPLY NOW! Architectural Technologists and Technicians NOC 22210 Jobs In -Demand

Aid in the creation of architectural designs.
Study technical documents and reports such as building codes, bylaws, space requirements, site requirements, and others.
From conceptual drawings and instructions, create manual and CAD (computer -assisted design) drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and lists of material quantities.
Build architectural models for displays, 3 -D virtual models of architectural designs, etc.
Create the bid and contract documents.
May be in charge of the architectural team's drafters, technicians, and technologists.
It's possible to coordinate, monitor, and inspect other people's work while supervising construction projects.

Requirements

Architectural Technology Diploma.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as the capacity to work in a fast -paced environment with shifting priorities.
It IS REQUIRED that you have practical experience using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to adhere to strict deadlines for project
Project coordination expertise
Excellent critical thinking abilities and the capacity to work independently and with little supervision.
