• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas

• Assist surveyors with surveys of subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications, and real property reports

• Assist surveyors on construction survey layout of building foundations

• Assist surveyors with survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading

• Assist trades persons such as carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers and glaziers in construction activities

• Level earth to fine -grade specifications using a rake and shovel

• Assist in using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean

• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment

• Operate hammer drill as directed

• Direct traffic at or near construction sites

• Follow safety protocol

• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Job Requirements:

5 years of experience in working on industrial and commercial construction sites.

Must have experience in assisting surveyors.

• Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arises

• Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions

• Experience working on industrial and commercial construction sites

• Experience in assisting with construction survey layout

• Work in various locations

A valid
driver's license is required.
Aged 18 years and
older.
Baccalaureate.
Ability to do
manual labor and other heavy work.
All -weather
performance. Workers must be punctual and reliable.
Must have
experience as a general laborer in the construction
industry.
