• Assuring that teams collaborate to deliver high-quality work on time.
  
• Construction processes must be monitored, and training and team building exercises must be provided.
  
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  
• Inspection of equipment, materials, and routine site inspections
  
• Setting up regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and employees.
  
• Reports, budgets, and project plans must be written and presented to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Collaboration with architects and other professionals.
  
• Keeping up with safety codes and construction advancements.
  
• Assisting with the hiring and training of new employees.
  
• Processing paperwork and traveling to various locations as needed.
  

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction, business, management, or engineering.
  
• Construction industry experience is required.
  
• Experience in a leadership position is preferred.
  
• A current driver's license.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  
• The ability to concentrate and remain calm under pressure.
  
• Capability to manage multiple projects.
