Job Description - APPLY NOW! General Office Support Workers NOC 14100 Jobs In -Demand

• Manage incoming calls and other communications.
• Manage filing system.
• Record information as needed.
• Greet customers and visitors as needed.
• Document update, document update and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintain office equipment when necessary.
• Assist in greeting customers when needed.
• Experience as a virtual assistant.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into a database.

Requirements

• High school diploma or college diploma.
• Experience as an office assistant or related field.
• Ability to write clearly and assist with word processing if required.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Benefits

Salary: $23.00 -$32.00 per hour
