• Psychiatric evaluation of patients.
  
• Working together on psychiatric intervention programs.
  
• Psychotropic and related drugs are administered.
  
• Adherence to non -medicinal therapy regimens is monitored.
  
• Getting rid of possibly dangerous and triggering environmental elements.
  
• Highly restless patients are restrained, consoled, and occasionally medicated.
  
• Keeping track of patients’ health journeys and reporting on significant changes.
  
• Providing focused psycho education, especially within families.
  

Requirements

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with the latter preferred.
  
• Pertinent state licensures.
  
• PMHNP -BC certification is preferred.
  
• BLS certification was obtained.
  
• Knowledge of cultural perspectives of psychiatric issues.
  
• Well -honed triaging, diagnostic, and clinical judgment capacities.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• Resilience, empathy, and determination.
  

Benefits

Salary:   $45.00 - $49.30 per hour​
