Axis Canada’s team is looking for an Area Sales Manager, Eastern Canada in the Montreal, PQ location. This position will provide supervision, direction, and support to the Regional Sales Managers within the assigned territory to drive sales.

What will you do here as an Area Sales Manager?

  • Develop and sustain current and future strategic sales direction

  • Build an exceptional outside sales team

  • Supply regional team with support in various types of external and internal interactions

  • Maintain strategic relationships throughout industry

  • Analyze and report on pulse of the industry

  • Make decisions on project pricing within assigned approval levels

  • Prepare sales reports for weekly review

  • Provide and encourage feedback from regional team and customers

  • Maintain fluid relations between Regional Sales Managers and all other sales and business development functions

  • Consistently update all departments of sales and pending goals

  • Ensure firm adherence to policies across the Area

  • Perform other related duties when assigned

  • Competitive, goal-orientated drive

  • Solid diplomacy skills

  • Ability to motivate and coordinate in fast paced industry

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • What we believe you will need...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area

  • 5+ years sales experience in the IT industry or security industry
