Art Director, Digital

We are looking for an experienced Art director with proven success creating and evolving imagery and visual assets for exceptional brands. In your role you will work across a wide range of critical initiatives to create and curate a portfolio of images that will evolve the brand identity and define Autodesk as the leader in Design and Make. You will join the Autodesk Brand and Creative teams Design Studio, to design and deliver a wide range of assets from concept to realization, to ensure that our vision is delivered seamlessly, achieves maximum business impact, and is aligned with the Autodesk master brand goals.
You will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team with a trusted design ethos and sensibility, that will play an instrumental role in designing the next evolution of the Autodesk Brand and creating content that will bring the Autodesk story to life.
You will partner with creatives, project managers, and an array of key external partners to craft and curate the Autodesk portfolio, to support and evolve the Autodesk brand, and to lead in Design and Make.
Our Design Studio Team are creative purveyors of the Autodesk brand. We design programs that define our visual identity, tell customer stories, and build brand love and loyalty. We draw on creativity and imagination to design and make meaningful and memorable touch points for the brand. The Autodesk imagery portfolio is a key component of the company's creative vision

~ Develop a broad portfolio of imagery that brings to life the Autodesk Brand Strategy

~ Champion the next evolution of the Autodesk brand in Design and Make

~ Craft visual content that tells compelling stories that align with the requirements of key stakeholders

~ Lead creative processes from concept to execution, ensuring innovative and fresh ideas come to life

~ Manage and curate imagery to ensure the highest quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

~ Produce compelling content that tells the Autodesk Brand story for internal and external audiences

~ Develop creative briefs and presentations to articulate concepts

~ Direct and manage imagery creation, ensuring all visual assets meet creative and technical standards

~ Guide the editing and post-production processes to align with the desired narrative and visual storytelling

~ Cultivate and manage relationships with artists, photographers, and other vendors to achieve desired project outcomes

~ 5+ years of design and imagery experience in agency and/or corporate setting

~ A team-player receptive to creative feedback and direction, and the ability to communicate and express their own POV, and a willingness to push the creative envelope

~ Understands the technical and aesthetic fundamentals of photography and imagery creation

~ Able to direct photography shoots from concept to execution and distribution

~ Excellent with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge and retouching pipelines

~ Good with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint

~ Create and direct content using an array of AI tools

~ A knowledge of 3d creative pipelines and ability to direct 3d artists

~ An ability to develop hybrid pipelines that utilize the strengths of each tool and medium

~ Passionate about all forms of design and eager to translate that passion into brand-relevant experiences

~ Curious, adaptable, adventurous, with a broad range of creative interests
