Assembly Team Leader - Custom Cabinetry

Are you a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a skilled Assembly Team Leader to join our team and help drive efficiency, quality, and teamwork on the production floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily assembly operations and ensure production goals are met


• Lead, train, and support a team of assemblers


• Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot issues as they arise


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow


• Approve timecards and assist with scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or hands-on environment


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Experience in cabinetry or woodworking is a plus
