The Assistant Day Concierge will assist the Concierge team in the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests at Regent's Crescent. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival and assist with all calls and emails to the concierge desk, and residential deliveries. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests. They will refer any significant lifestyle requests to the Concierge to assist.
