SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Management experience in a bar/nightclub establishment is a must


• Adaptable team player who is dependable, accountable and able to collaborate with others


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to demonstrate a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent verbal and communication skills


• High attention to detail


• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality management position

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure excellent guest experiences


• Assist in coaching and mentoring a great team while being involved in decisions for the store


• Commit to a high stand product with food and beverage programs


• Help to mentor and train employees on a regular basis


• Administrative tasks as required

COMPENSATION

• Total compensation ranging from $60,000 -$75,000, inclusive of salary, gratuities and performance-based bonus opportunities


• 10 days paid vacation
