• Participate in the execution of the various activities contained in the action plan

St-Hubert Group includes our restaurant and retail divisions, as well as our head office in Boisbriand.

Rôtisseries St-Hubert has over 120 restaurants, mainly franchised in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. We support various eco-responsible initiatives, such as: composting, a fleet of carbon-neutral delivery vehicles and our electric vehicle charging stations. Our call centre receives over 2 million requests each year.

St-Hubert is also making a name for itself in manufacturing and processing fresh, dehydrated, and frozen products through Meilleures Marques and Maître Saladier (St-Hubert Retail). The company now boasts two plants in Boisbriand and Blainville, as well as a brand-new 100,000 sq. ft. distribution centre in Mascouche. Over 500 products are distributed to our rotisseries, as well as to our 3,000 points of sale across Canada.
