Job Description - Assistant Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets.
Going to the market and doing personal store visits.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Develop good relationships with customers.
Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Daily reporting & disciplined market visits to assigned routes & customers.
Achieve satisfactory growth in market share account-wise and territory-wise.
Responsible for development of in-store displays for Vadilal products and ensuring their compliance and in-store execution within the account.
Implement sales promotion and market execution.
Sales and inventory forecasting for new launches and seasonal requirements.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
Monitor competitor products, sales activities and report.
Promote all new products launched by Vadilal in the market.
Doing payment collections as per given deadlines.
Maintaining Ledger Hygiene.
Recruiting, training and managing the team as the company expands in the Canadian.
Timely updates to external & internal customers.
Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Bachelor's degree
Valid Work Authorization
Good understanding of Indian Languages
