Are you ready to make an impact and grow with a rapidly expanding brand? Osmow’s is looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dixie location!

Osmow’s is a fast-casual restaurant franchise with over 200 locations capturing a truly modern taste of the Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.


Osmow’s aspires to be the largest Mediterranean fast casual restaurant chain in North America. From our signature sauces to our seasonal dishes, we continuously innovate to bring our customers fresh, new menu items with a contemporary twist. While we are rapidly expanding, we maintain our Canadian roots and regularly give back to the community.

What You’ll Do:



  • Lead a team of 3–10 employees, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and training

  • Ensure meals are prepared efficiently and meet our high-quality standards

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, handling complaints professionally

  • Manage inventory, place orders, and oversee restaurant operations

  • Maintain Health & Safety standards across the restaurant

  • Open or close the restaurant and act as the person in charge when needed

  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to support restaurant success


 


What We’re Looking For:



  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Analytical and reporting skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively

  • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to grow with the company


Working Conditions:



  • Primarily indoor work, occasional outdoor tasks

  • Exposure to hot and cold environments

  • Required use of protective or safety attire (e.g., gloves)

  • Noise levels and distractions typical of a busy restaurant

  • Ability to lift up to 30kg


 


Salary Range is 45-55K
