Which customers or consumers should an organization prioritize? Where will its next wave of growth come from? Which new opportunities are worth investing in — and which aren't? How will AI, changing expectations or emerging cultural shifts reshape its business? These are the kinds of questions we tackle at Ipsos Strategy3.
Strategy3 combines strategic consulting with deep consumer and market evidence to help organizations solve consequential business problems — framing ambiguous challenges, identifying opportunities, creating strategic choices and helping clients make better decisions. Our work spans brand and growth strategy, consumer and market understanding, trends and foresight, strategic problem solving and thought leadership.
Strategy3 Canada is looking for a smart, curious and ambitious Associate Consultant to join our growing team.
This is an early-career consulting role for someone who loves learning, solving problems and figuring out what things mean — not simply reporting what the data says.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants on real client challenges from day one. You'll gather evidence, analyze information, spot patterns, build compelling stories and help turn research and insight into strategic recommendations. You won't be expected to arrive knowing everything. You will be expected to be curious, thoughtful, reliable, resourceful and eager to learn.
No two weeks — or two projects — will look quite the same.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Consultant, you'll contribute across the full consulting process — from understanding the problem and gathering evidence through analysis, strategic thinking and development of client recommendations — while helping manage the day-to-day work required to deliver engagements successfully.
You'll:
