Job Description - Associate Dentist - Uptowne Dental Centre

Toronto, Ontario Associate | Broad Clinical Scope | Long-Term Growth

About the Opportunity

Uptowne Dental Centre is seeking a confident, relationship-driven Associate Dentist to join our close-knit, well-established Toronto practice. This is a growth opportunity designed with long-term succession planning in mind — we are looking for the right clinician to grow with us, benefit from mentorship, and eventually take on a larger role within the practice.

With an established patient base, a family-oriented team culture, and partners invested in your development, this is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate or early-career clinician looking for a supportive home to build a fulfilling, long-term career.

  • Strong-knit team with many staff members boasting 20–30 years of tenure
  • Mentorship available from experienced partners
  • Relationship-focused environment that prioritizes patient connection and long-term trust
  • Technology includes 2 iTero scanners, VideaHealth AI integration, panoramic imaging, and a paperless workflow

Schedule

  • Monday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Potential to expand Monday hours later in the year

What Skills Are We Looking For

We are looking for a well-rounded clinician comfortable with core general dentistry who is eager to grow their scope over time. Key skills include:

  • General and restorative dentistry including crown and bridge
  • Basic oral surgery and extractions
  • Endodontics (strong asset — helping our patients complete more of their care under one roof)
  • Implant placement and restoration (strong asset)

Who This Role Is Ideal For

  • Confident, outgoing clinician who builds strong patient relationships
  • Team-oriented personality who integrates naturally into a close-knit culture
  • Interested in mentorship, long-term development, and growing into a larger role

If you are a personable, relationship-driven dentist looking to plant roots in a welcoming Toronto practice with a strong team and real long-term opportunity, we would love to connect.
