Associate, Legal Ops (Remote - Canada)

One of our companies is currently looking for an Associate, Legal Ops in Canada.

This role involves supporting the delivery of accurate, effective legal demand letters that document the economic and non-economic damages suffered by personal injury victims. You will work with proprietary software to review medical documents, draft clear treatment summaries, organize damages, and conduct legal research. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys persuasive writing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and pays great attention to detail while collaborating with a team dedicated to securing better outcomes for clients.

Accountabilities:

• Meet weekly production quotas with the opportunity to earn performance bonuses
• Utilize specialized software to review medical records and draft detailed, compelling demand letters
• Organize and summarize treatment timelines and damages clearly and accurately
• Conduct legal research to support case documentation and improve letter quality
• Collaborate effectively with reviewers and other internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Experience in legal, insurance, or medical fields with an emphasis on writing, such as paralegals, case managers, claim adjusters, legal assistants, or technical writers
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software and processes
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Excellent persuasive writing and attention to detail
• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical summaries, or copywriting/editing experience is a plus

• Competitive base salary range: $50,000–$60,000 CAD
• Performance-based bonuses targeting an additional 10% annually
