As we continue to grow and explore new realms, we\u0027re seeking passionate, curious, and innovative minds to join the adventure.\n\n \nWe are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of the Marketing plan for Warlock, Invoke\u2019s new Action-Adventure game. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all teams are tracking to deliver against campaign milestones.\n\nPlease note that this position required to come to the office 3 days a week in person and is a temporaty mandate. \n \nWhat you\u0027ll do \n\n * Monitor and coordinate the execution of marketing projects within our go-to-market plan.\n * Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple marketing initiatives.\n * Coordinate cross-functional teams including brand, creative, regional, community, publishing and other internal and external partners.\n * Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.\n * Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.\n * Support delivery on asset production (e.g. trailers, social media content, key art, promotional materials, etc.).\n * Maintain documentation, project trackers, and workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Airtable).\n * Support marketing leadership in prioritizing initiatives and optimizing processes.\n\n\n\nWhat you bring to the team\n\n * 3\u20136 years of project management experience in marketing, publishing, or creative production within gaming.\n * Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns.\n * Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar).\n * Passion for video games and familiarity with gaming culture and audiences.\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n\n * Background in creative production pipelines (trailers, art, social media assets).\n * Experience working with external agencies and/or international teams.\n * Familiarity with Agile workflows or marketing operations frameworks.\n\n\n\nAt Wizards, we believe in the magic of diversity\u2014great ideas come from unique perspectives.
