Nous recherchons un Associé aux Stocks, qui doit être un leader exceptionnel capable de motiver, inspirer et développer l'équipe du magasin.



Responsabilités du poste



  • Offrir et garantir des expériences client légendaires de manière cohérente

  • Établir la satisfaction client

  • Encadrer, développer et maximiser le succès de tous les associés

  • Fixer des attentes et assurer la responsabilité

  • Maximiser le potentiel de vente en coachant les comportements des associés sur le terrain de vente et en coulisses

  • Constituer une équipe qui travaille bien ensemble en fonction des besoins du magasin

  • Assurer la formation de l'équipe d'associés

  • Analyser l'activité commerciale et créer des plans d'action

  • Communiquer efficacement avec/l'équipe

  • Diriger/exécuter les politiques/pratiques de l'entreprise

  • Diriger le flux de marchandises

  • Gérer les dépenses contrôlables

  • Maintenir les procédures de Mango

  • Prévention des pertes et sécurité


 


Compétences/Expérience requises


 



  • Minimum de trois ans d'expérience dans un environnement de détail spécialisé, de luxe ou comparable

  • Expérience antérieure en gestion des ventes

  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les indicateurs de performance

  • Aisance dans la prise de décision et la médiation des conflits dans un environnement d'équipe

  • Capacité à aborder des problèmes complexes et à allouer du temps pour exécuter plusieurs tâches et priorités changeantes.

  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et de service client

  • Capacité à identifier/évaluer les meilleurs talents et à former/développer/retourner d'excellentes personnes.

MANGO was founded in Barcelona, Spain, is an internationally renowned fashion brand that designs, manufactures, and markets women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing and accessories, with over 2700 stores in 115 markets.



As part of the expansion plans in Canada, we are looking for experienced, energetic, passion-for- Stockroom Associate for our MANGO Royal Mount location. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.



MISSION
To lead and manage the team in receiving and controlling merchandise and its storage in the stockroom. To undertake store replenishment according to company procedures, in order to ensure that the shop floor is customer ready at all times.

The Stock Associate is responsible to receiving and controlling merchandise and its storage in the stockroom. To undertake store replenishment according to company procedures, to ensure that the shop floor is always customer ready. 



JOB DESCRIPTION- Stockroom Associate 



Key Roles/ Responsibilities



  • To set the expectations of how to operate the stockroom with the team
    • Ensure exceptional level of customer service by supporting the sales team
    • Adherence to all company policy, procedures, and guidelines
    • Perform POS functions on designated shifts 
    • Analyze and review stockroom indicators and performance to improve efficiency and store results.
    • Consistently prioritize tasks and deadlines in the context of global business and commercial needs
    • To be familiar with the products of each season - collection, initial order, colours, sizes, etc.
    • To use the different product lists for managing the stockroom (pending packages, transmission, initial order, etc.)
    • To be able to recommend alternative garments when out of stock items are requested
    • Responsible for controlling and monitoring stockroom materials - alarms, RFID equipment, adhesive tape, etc.
    • Reorganize stockroom space in an optimal manner according to the stage of the season and store needs – start of the season, sale period, etc.
    • Carry out the re-labelling of garments as required (sale period, promotions, etc.)

    • To be aware at all times of the newest products and what is on the shop floor
    • Provide product feedback to management team



REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE




  • Leads by example and can motivate a team; viewed as leader among peers

  • Acts quickly and is multi-disciplinary.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, and supervisors

  • Available for varied shifts including weekend, closing and holiday shifts Ability to receive feedback from management and peers

  • Shows initiative and decision-making/problem-solving ability.

  • Prioritization – optimal use of time.

  • Ability to analyze business indicators.

  • Procedures for transfers and goods returns

  • Receiving goods, handling standards and protocol

  • Partial inventories.

  • RFID operations an asset. Ability to work a flex schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability)

  • Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed

  • Ability to climb step stools and ladders

  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time

  • Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings

  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for long periods of time.

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
