We are looking for a Sales Manager who leads with intention, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and knows how to coach a team that delivers both results and relationships. What You’ll Do:

At Volvo, leadership is about balance, performance and people, strategy and experience. In this role, you will:

• Lead with purpose by coaching and motivating your team to exceed targets while building a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and respect.


• Own the sales floor, from inventory strategy to deal execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated Volvo experience for every customer.


• Use data to drive decisions, leveraging tools like PBS, vAuto, and Excel to identify opportunities, track performance, and stay ahead of the market.


• Develop your team by mentoring, refining sales approaches, and strengthening customer engagement to create lasting relationships.


• Partner across departments, working closely with finance, marketing, and leadership to align on goals and drive dealership success.


• Stay in tune with the market, anticipating trends and adapting strategy to meet evolving customer expectations.

What You Bring:

You are a thoughtful leader who knows that strong results come from strong relationships, both with your team and your customers.

• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Manager or similar automotive leadership role.


• A strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to turn insights into action.


• Experience with vAuto, PBS, and Excel is considered an asset.


• A confident communicator and coach who can inspire, develop, and hold a team accountable.


• Automotive retail experience with a track record of driving performance and customer satisfaction.


• A solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt and lead through change.


• A valid driver’s license.
