What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide professional assistance to guests entering the dealership showroom or lot.
• Create a positive and memorable customer experience throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process.
• Build strong relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable BMW and MINI vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of dealership procedures, available products, and services.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery and ensure all necessary requirements are completed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty information, and applicable paperwork.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective and existing customers to support ongoing relationships and future sales opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to support the successful operation of the dealership.

What You'll Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred; luxury automotive experience is considered an asset.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid OMVIC licence.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and clean driver’s abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven sales skills with a commitment to achieving sales objectives.
• Professional, motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
• Passion for the BMW and MINI brands and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
